Zojila warrants all its products against any manufacturing defects. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days for a full refund of the merchandise cost.

Problems with your order

If your order is incorrect, damaged, incomplete, or you have any questions about your product(s) please contact customer service by calling 765 404 3767 or e-mailing zojila@gmail.com. Please retain the product package as well as the shipping carton.

If there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage to the item your received, we will replace it at no cost to you.  Please hold on to the original item and packaging as we may arrange for you to send it back to us. If you are returning the item because it does not fit your space or because you don't like it, we will still refund the full item cost as long as you send it back to us in good condition. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the form of a check unless otherwise requested.  If you request a credit to the card used to make the purchase a 3% processing fee will be charged.
