I purchased an extra cutlery holder because I use fat-handled utensils. They often fill up the holder making a second one useful. I like the zig-zag insert as it allows me to insert long items (pancake turners, bread knives. etc.) without them falling out.
After several months' consideration, I placed the order for this rack and drainboard. While the capacity is less than the product I used previously, I do like the sturdy stainless steel construction and the streamlined appearance. Water spots in my area will show and that will require some attention, but the overall appearance is so much classier than plastic/rubber. I notice that water drains from a fairly large area on the long edge so it would be ideal to drain into a sink. Due to the placement of the product in my kitchen, I needed a catch tray for the drainage. I purchased the Pantanal Sponge Tray for this purpose. I am not as fond of the tray as I am of the dish rack and drainboard. Time will tell.
The tilt of the drainer is very smartly designed: just enough to drain and retains the aesthetic appeal. It’s a well made dish rack with a great design and quality material
